Summary: | The invention discloses a disposable test paper manufacturing method based on a 3D printer. Firstly, a test paper pattern is designed by computer software, and then a polyethylene wax pattern is printed on the surface of absorbent paper by a 3D printer. And further heat treatment is performed to melt the polyethylene wax and solidify the polyethylene wax in the absorbent paper to form a hydrophobic barrier, so that the hydrophobic property of the polyethylene wax can be utilized to limit the liquid sample to reach a specified reaction area according to a pre-designed route (hydrophilic channel), and detection analysis is completed. According to the invention, high professional skills are not needed, the cost is greatly reduced, the manufacturing speed and reproducibility are ensured, and a general method which is simple and easy to implement and suitable for being popularized to various types of laboratories is provided for obtaining wider practical application of the patterned test paper.
