Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a continuous immobilized strong base catalytic grease exchange method which comprises the following steps: preparing calcium oxide solid base; impregnating the prepared calcium oxide solid alkali in an alkali metal chloride solution for 10-40 minutes by using an equivalent-volume impregnation method; drying for 20-30 hours at the temperature of 60-75 DEG C under the vacuum condition; calcining the treated calcium oxide solid alkali at 500-600 DEG C for 2-8 hours, loading 0.5-1.5% of the treated calcium oxide solid alkali on a polyethylene molecular sieve, and then filling a column; and heating the mixed grease to 120-150 DEG C, preserving heat, and passing through a column to obtain the transesterification oil.
