The invention relates to a compound containing a general formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, solvates or hydrates thereof. The BET small-molecule inhibitor with a selective inhibition effect on BD2 is novel in structure and good in BD2 selectivity, and the selectivity of the BET small-molecule inhibitor is far higher than that of a clinical compound ABBV-744. In the aspect of cell activity, the compound is equivalent to ABBV-744.
