The invention also discloses a preparation method of the concrete crack self-repairing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing 360-410 parts by mass of cement, 890-990 parts by mass of coarse bone meal, 650-790 parts by mass of fine bone meal, 150-200 parts by mass of mineral powder, 220-330 parts by mass of water, 12-15 parts by mass of a urea solution, 16-21 parts by mass of silica fume, 2-6 parts by mass of a polycarboxylate water reducer, 11-16 parts by mass of vitamin C and nano-silica.
