The invention provides a passenger intercom system with a scene setting function and a control method thereof. The system comprises a system control host, and a cab broadcast control device, a scene setting device reconnection rescue device, a passenger room talkback/broadcast control device and a loudspeaker device which are connected with the system control host, the system control host is used for scene setting control, talkback control between a cab and a passenger room, talkback control between passenger rooms, steward manual broadcast control and data interaction of information and audio signals; the cab broadcast control device is used for receiving and sending talkback information and audio signals; the scene setting device is reconnected with the rescue device and is used for receiving triggering conditions of four scenes of maintenance, operation, emergency and rescue and sending condition signals to the system control host; and the passenger room talkback/broadcast control device is used for connec
