The method comprises the steps that if it is detected that at least two fault lines exist in the same-tower double-circuit direct-current transmission lines, candidate short-circuit lines in the at least two fault lines are determined according to rectification station end currents, inverter station end currents and line grounding currents of all the fault lines; and determining a target short-circuit line in the candidate short-circuit lines according to the rectifier station end current, the inverter station end current and the loop grounding current of the candidate short-circuit lines.
