Summary: | The invention discloses a super-heat-resistant high-conductivity aluminum alloy conductor and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum alloy conductor is composed of, by mass, 0.15%-0.2% of Zr, 0.05%-0.1% of Cu, 0.08%-0.12% of RE, 0.1%-0.15% of Si, smaller than or equal to 0.2% of Fe and the balance Al and inevitable impurities, and RE is mixed rare earth with La and Ce as main components.
