Summary:The invention discloses a strontium-zirconium-titanium-erbium quaternary composite microalloyed 790MPa ultrahigh-strength high-plasticity intergranular corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy and a preparation method thereof. The strontium-zirconium-titanium-erbium quaternary composite microalloyed 790MPa ultrahigh-strength high-plasticity intergranular corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy is characterized by mainly comprising aluminum (Al), zinc (Zn), magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), strontium (Sr), zirconium (Zr), titanium (Ti) and erbium (Er). The preparation method of the alloy sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) casting; (2) carrying out homogenization treatment; (3) hot extrusion; (4) solution treatment; and (5) aging treatment (T6I4 (121 DEG C * 4 h (room temperature water cooling) + 65 DEG C * 120 h)). The maximum strength of the alloy can reach 793.5 MPa, meanwhile, the percentage elongation after fracture is 7.8%, obvious typical ductile fracture morphology characteristics such as dimple and tearin
