The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting data generated in the operation process of all nodes in a municipal system; s2, performing preliminary preprocessing on the acquired data by adopting a distributed computing architecture and relying on distributed processing of cloud computing, a distributed database and a virtualization technology; and S3, the big data visualization platform is used for cleaning data which do not meet requirements of the preprocessed data, constructing a new attribute and a new representation mode, standardizing and unifying a data mode, then dividing the data in the standardized and unified mode into a plurality of independent data units, and storing the data units into a database set of the big data visualization platform.
