According to the preparation method, firstly, nano particles of magnesium oxide are deposited on the surface of MXene, so that aggregation of MXene sheet layers can be effectively avoided; mXene loaded with magnesium oxide is compounded with halogenated butyl rubber, halogen ions in halogenated butyl rubber and magnesium ions are subjected to metal ion interaction in the high-temperature vulcanization process, and the molecular chain interface effect of MXene and halogenated butyl rubber is enhanced; meanwhile, due to existence of magnesium oxide metal ions, dispersion of MXene in the halogenated butyl rubber is also effectively promoted.
