In this magnetic resin composition, scale-like particles comprising an Fe-Si-Al alloy are used as magnetic particles (B), the mass ratio of a thermoplastic resin (A) having a melting point of 100-400 DEG C to the Fe-Si-Al alloy is 10/90-15/85, and a cut surface (52) in the thickness direction of a sheet (50) formed from the magnetic resin composition (1) satisfies the conditions (1) and (2). (1) The total area of the image-processed magnetic particles (B) is 40%-65% of the area of the image-processed region.
