According to the invention, F4 and secondary F2 populations constructed by taking white-shell wheat and AvocetS as parents are taken as genetic mapping populations, and SNP closely linked with wheat stripe rust resistance genes and specific molecular markers KP1B296.65 and KP1B364.14 are obtained through stripe rust resistance identification in a wheat indoor seedling stage and a field adult-plant stage in combination with linkage analysis of exon chip data; the marker is close to a resistance gene genetic distance, good in PCR amplification repeatability and high in stability, can be used for high-throughput molecular-assisted selection of wheat disease-resistant breeding, and is beneficial to accelerating the breeding process of wheat disease-resistant varieties
