Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of oil crop processing and edible oil extraction processing, and discloses an edible vegetable oil squeezing method which comprises the following steps: (1) crushing oil crops, adding 5-40wt% of water and 0-80wt% of vegetable crude oil, and fully mixing and stirring; and (2) squeezing the feed liquid obtained in the step (1) at low temperature to obtain the edible vegetable oil. The method is simple in preparation process, convenient and easy to operate and low in energy consumption, and on the premise that the oil yield is improved, the nutritional ingredients of the grease are protected to the maximum extent, and the utilization value of plant protein and plant source functional ingredients in by-products is improved.
