Summary: | The invention discloses a method for improving methane yield by anaerobic enhanced treatment of high-concentration acidic organic wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting anaerobic sludge in a stably running anaerobic biological treatment system as inoculated sludge; (2) modifying ferroferric oxide by using chitosan, so as to prepare a ferroferric oxide (Cs-Fe3O4) microsphere modified by the chitosan; and (3) the Cs-Fe3O4 microsphere composite material is added into a reactor for anaerobic methanogenesis of the acidic high-concentration organic wastewater, the addition amount of the Cs-Fe3O4 microsphere composite material is 0.1-2.0% (mass percent), and the methanogenesis rate of the anaerobic reactor is increased by 40-140%.
