Summary: | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a graphite sheet having good thermal diffusivity and interlayer strength with high productivity. The purpose is achieved by a method for producing a graphite sheet, the method comprising a step for heat-treating a polyimide film to 2800 DEG C or higher, the polyimide film containing 0.01 wt% to 0.08 wt% of inorganic fine particles and a non-metallic additive containing 0.018 wt% to 0.032 wt% of phosphorus, the graphite sheet has a thermal diffusivity of 10.0 cm2/s or more.
