The invention discloses a method for measuring the consolidation degree and the compression index of a vertical barrier wall material of a polluted site. The method comprises the following steps: collecting basic data of a vertical barrier site of the polluted site; actual investigation is carried out on the vertical barrier site; according to the basic data and the actual investigation result, a route above the vertical obstructing site is planned; controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly along the planned route, and acquiring 2D image data of the site at the vertical barrier wall by adopting an inclination measurement method in the flying process; a plurality of in-situ site phase control points are arranged on the center line and the periphery of the vertical barrier wall; based on deep learning, generating a 3D model by using 2D image data collected by an unmanned aerial vehicle; and ground point data are obtained according to the 3D model, and the consolidation degree and the compression index of t
