The invention relates to a track panel fine adjustment detection device which comprises a plurality of groups of fine adjustment detection mechanisms which are sequentially connected in series, each fine adjustment detection mechanism comprises a track panel fine adjustment vehicle and a track detection trolley, and each track panel fine adjustment vehicle comprises a first vehicle body and a track panel fine adjustment unit arranged on the first vehicle body. The track detection trolley comprises a second trolley body and a track panel detection unit arranged on the second trolley body. The first trolley body and the second trolley body are connected, and walking mechanisms are arranged at the bottoms of the first trolley body and the second trolley body. At least part of the walking mechanisms are provided with power driving equipment. In addition, the invention also relates to a use method of the track panel fine adjustment detection device. According to the invention, fine adjustment operation can be simu
