Summary: | The invention discloses a bifunctional series copper-based electro-catalysis nano material which is cuprous oxide/copper nano particles formed by uniformly doping antimony oxide between cuprous oxide and copper with a fluffy stacking structure, and the expression of the material is Cu2O/Cu-Sb2O3.
