Specifically, the invention relates to a spiro compound with a structure of a general formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a stereoisomer or a prodrug thereof. A series of spiro compounds are synthesized for the first time, the series of compounds are new compounds, and the preparation method is a brand new reaction route. The compound has the activity of inhibiting RIPK1 kinase and can be used as a drug or a prodrug for preventing and/or treating RIPK1 related diseases.
