In the preparation method, the components are simple, the quality control is convenient, ion exchange resin and an ultra-low temperature freezing method are not needed for purification in the whole process, the purity is 99.9% or above, the content of a single impurity is smaller than or equal to 0.05%, the content of residues is smaller than or equal to 0.05% through detection, the total impurity content is smaller than or equal to 0.09%, and the quality standard of product bulk drugs is met.
