The invention relates to an antistatic polyethylene film as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The antistatic polyethylene film comprises an outer layer and an inner layer, the outer layer comprises a first layer prepared from linear low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene, a second layer prepared from linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene and an ethylene elastomer, and a third layer prepared from linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene and metallocene polyethylene; the inner layer comprises a fourth layer prepared from linear low-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene, a fifth layer prepared from linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene and an ethylene elastomer, and a sixth layer prepared from linear low-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, metallocene polyethylene and an antistatic agent; according to the invention, a single material is adopted for packaging, so that cyclic utilization is reali
