The invention discloses a short-process preparation device for a fine-grain tungsten ingot, and belongs to the field of metal smelting. The device comprises a base, and further comprises a plasma melting electrode arranged on the side face of a tungsten material and used for melting the tungsten material into liquid drops and dripping the liquid drops under the action of gravity; the gas blowing device is arranged on a moving track of the liquid drops under the action of gravity and is used for blowing inert gas to the liquid drops so as to refine the liquid drops; the permanent magnet deceleration strip is used for reducing the falling speed of the refined liquid drops; and the cooling device is used for cooling the tungsten ingot which is formed by dropping onto the base through the permanent magnet deceleration strip. The plasma melting electrode is adopted, so that the impurity content of the tungsten ingot is low; by means of the gas injection device and controlled liquid phase accumulation, smelting and
