The theophylline skeleton type sustained-release core material disclosed by the invention is relatively low in production cost, can be produced by adopting a conventional extrusion or granulation method, is of a multi-unit skeleton type structure, combines the advantages of a skeleton tablet and a coated pellet, is simple in coating process, does not need pellet film controlled-release coating, has deformability and toughness, is high in hardness after bein
