The manufacturing method sequentially comprises the following steps of thin-wall cavity structure forming, machining, surface treatment, frequency control, welding and weld joint polishing. The radio frequency superconducting cavity is made of a niobium plate with the thickness of 0.5-2 mm and the RRR value of 40-350; the radio frequency superconducting cavity comprises a deflection cavity and an acceleration cavity; the working frequency of the radio frequency superconducting cavity is 70 to 3900 MHz; and before the thin-wall cavity structure is formed, the niobium plate is subjected to heat treatment.
