Summary:Devices, systems, and methods for treating blood flow channels are disclosed herein. For example, an expandable instrument of the present technology may include a stent having a contracted configuration and an expanded configuration for delivery by a delivery instrument to a treatment site in a body conduit. The stent may include a plurality of struts and longitudinally extending first and second ridges configured to move in opposite axial directions as the stent expands. Each strut may extend between and connect one of the first ridges and one of the second ridges.
