The invention discloses a system and method for evaluating and auditing doctor diagnosis ability based on an image structured report, and relates to the technical field of medical information, and the system comprises an image report collection module, a data analysis module and an auditing authority distribution module which are connected in sequence. According to the scheme, all reports audited by a doctor to be evaluated and audited within a first preset time period according to a single disease type image structured report template are collected, and the reports meeting a first preset condition are stored as a set A; taking the reports of the patients with pathology in the set A in a second preset time period as a set B, analyzing the pathology, and dividing the image reports of which the pathology results are consistent with the image report results from the set B into a set C; and calculating the diagnosis accuracy of the physician according to the number of the reports in the sets B and C, and allocati
