Summary:The invention discloses a disulfide bond modified nano aggregate and a preparation method and application thereof, the nano aggregate comprises CPUL1 and a compound containing disulfide bonds, and the nano aggregate is formed by modifying the CPUL1 and the compound containing the disulfide bonds through non-covalent interaction. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively dissolving CPUL1 and a disulfide bond-containing compound in an organic solvent to obtain a CPUL1 solution and a disulfide bond-containing compound solution; and (2) adding water into a compound solution containing disulfide bonds, stirring for the first time to obtain a mixed solution, adding the CPUL1 solution in the step (1) into the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring again to obtain the disulfide bond modified nano aggregate. The nano aggregate disclosed by the invention shows good stability, low toxicity, rapid cell uptake and specific reaction on TrxR, and the anti-tumor effect on HUH7 liver cancer cells
