The invention discloses a roller mechanism which is used for a roller coating robot and comprises a rolling brush assembly, a support and a plug pin. The first mounting part of the bracket comprises a first surface and a second surface which deviate from each other, and a limiting hole which simultaneously penetrates through the first surface and the second surface; the bolt comprises a movable connecting part, a first limiting part, a synchronous moving part and a second limiting part which are sequentially connected in a bent mode. And the synchronous moving part penetrates through the limiting hole. When the movable connecting part moves in the axial direction of the movable connecting part, one end of the rolling brush assembly can be connected with or detached from the first mounting part, and the rolling brush assembly is convenient to detach. The movement of the plug pin in the axial direction of the movable connecting part is limited between a first state and a second state, the first state is a state
