The insulator chain hitching device comprises a hitching frame, a hitching piece and a protection piece, the hanging frame comprises a first frame body, a movable piece and a connecting piece; the first frame body is used for being connected with an iron tower, the connecting piece is movably connected with the first frame body, and the movable piece is used for driving the connecting piece to move relative to the first frame body so that the connecting piece can have a first position and a second position; the hanging piece is used for being connected with an insulator string; one end of the protection piece is used for being connected with a hanging frame or an iron tower, and the other end of the protection piece is used for being connected with an insulator string. When the connecting piece is located at the first position, the hanging piece is connected with the connecting piece; and when the connec
