The invention relates to a point cloud data and visible light data fusion method and system, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the segmentation of the length of a data group in response to an obtained data group; screening the point cloud data by using the picture data to obtain a plurality of feature point cloud data groups; drawing a curve segment according to the feature point cloud data set to obtain a plurality of feature circle centers and curvature radiuses corresponding to the feature circle centers; constructing a guide curve by using the feature circle center, and fusing multiple sections of guide curves; carrying out mean value calculation on the curvature radiuses to obtain scanning arcs, and fusing a plurality of scanning arcs; filling the missing part of the fused scanning arc line to obtain scanning; and guiding the scanning ring to move on the guiding curve to obtain a cable model.
