The invention provides a method for acquiring parameters of a steel truss concrete composite beam, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring related data of a to-be-acquired composite beam through a test tool, the related data comprises the sectional area of the upper-layer concrete, the sectional area of the lower chord steel structure, the flexural rigidity of the upper-layer concrete, the distance between the upper-layer concrete and the lower chord steel structure, the elastic modulus of the upper-layer concrete and the elastic modulus of the lower chord steel structure; and acquiring parameters of the composite beam according to the related data and a preset acquisition formula, wherein the parameters comprise the flexural rigidity of the composite beam, the internal force of the composite beam, the deformation of the composite beam and the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beam.
