Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, and discloses an anti-double-stranded DNA antibody, a nucleotide fragment, a magnetic bead and a method for extracting free DNA of peripheral blood. The anti-double-chain DNA antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, and the amino acid sequence of the heavy chain variable region is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1; the amino acid sequence of the light chain variable region is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. According to the method, the free DNA of the peripheral blood is extracted by utilizing the characteristics of specificity and specificity of the monoclonal antibody, the method is not limited by the size of a DNA fragment, the method is particularly suitable for purification of small-fragment DNA, the recovery rate during extraction of the free DNA of the peripheral blood can be remarkably improved, and the method is particularly suitable for samples containing the small-fragment DNA or low in DNA content.
