The invention discloses material bag moving equipment and a transferring mechanism. The material bag moving equipment comprises a grabbing device; the connecting device comprises a connecting platform and a load platform connected below the connecting platform through a floating structure; the load platform can translate relative to the connecting platform in the first direction of the grabbing device and is fixed relative to the connecting platform in the second direction of the grabbing device. The moving device comprises a lifting frame body connected with an external moving rack and a swing assembly connected to the lower end of the lifting frame body, and the swing assembly comprises a first swing structure connected to the upper portion of the connecting platform and a second swing structure connected to the lower end of the lifting frame body. The first swing structure and the second swing structure are rotationally connected through a hinge shaft arranged in the first direction of the grabbing device.
