The waterproof composite polyester fabric comprises a fabric base material, a waterproof layer applied to the surface of the fabric base material and a functional film compounded on the bottom surface of the fabric base material through a bonding layer, the waterproof layer is prepared from a nano SiO2 modified polyurethane emulsion, an acrylate emulsion and an amino silicon oil emulsion; after the surface of the fabric base material is subjected to waterproof finishing, the bottom surface of the fabric base material is coated with a hot melt adhesive, then a functional film is compounded, and the waterproof polyester composite fabric is obtained.
