The invention discloses a non-thermal sterilization method for fresh milk. The non-thermal sterilization method comprises the following steps: (1) cooling freshly-extruded fresh milk to be not higher than 1 DEG C, and conveying the freshly-extruded fresh milk to a low-temperature storage tank for later use; (2) conveying the fresh milk in the low-temperature storage tank into a filtering device for filtering treatment; (3) conveying the filtered fresh milk into an ultrahigh-pressure homogenizing device, and carrying out homogenizing treatment at the homogenizing pressure of 150-500MPa for 30-50s; 4) conveying the fresh milk subjected to homogenization treatment into an irradiation sterilization device for sterilization treatment, wherein the pressure of high-pressure atomization feeding in the irradiation sterilization device is 3-5 MPa, the gamma-ray radiation intensity is 3-9 kGy, and the irradiation time is 20-40 s; and (5) carrying out sterile filling on the sterilized fresh milk.
