In order to repair a workpiece (WS), a requirement specification (REQ) relating to a requirement to be met by the workpiece (WS) and a numerical simulation model (SIM) for simulating physical properties of the workpiece (WS) are read in. Furthermore, a current shape of the workpiece (WS) is detected by means of a sensor (S). When it is ascertained that the current shape of the workpiece (WS) deviates from the desired shape, corresponding physical properties of the workpiece (WS) in the current shape and in the shape repaired by means of the 3D printer (3DPR) are simulated on the basis of the simulation model (SIM). Furthermore, a test is made as a function of a request specification (REQ) whether the respective simulated physical properties meet the requirements. Then, depending on the result of the inspection, either the workpiece (WS) is retained in the current shape, the workpiece (WS) is repaired by the 3D printer (3DPR), or the workpiece (WS) is discarded. 为了维修工件(WS)，读入关于工件(WS)要满足的要求的要求说明(REQ)以及用于模拟工件(WS
