The invention relates to direct selective laser trabecloplasty. The present application relates to a system (20) comprising a radiation source (48) and a controller (44) configured to display a real-time sequence of images of an eye (25) of a patient (22), cause the radiation source to illuminate the eye with one or more aiming beams (84) visible in the images while displaying the sequence of images, a confirmation input is received from the user after causing the radiation source to illuminate the eye with the aiming beam, and the eye is treated by causing the radiation source to illuminate respective target regions of the eye with a plurality of treatment beams in response to receiving the confirmation input.
