Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of polypeptide, in particular to fish scale antifreeze peptide as well as a bioinformatics-based screening method and application thereof. The fish scale antifreeze peptide has an amino acid sequence as follows: IAQPQEKAPDPY; the sites for forming hydrogen bonds with ice crystals comprise GLU6, ASP10 and TVR12. The screening method comprises the following steps: carrying out mass spectrometric analysis on the primary extract of the antifreeze peptide from the fish scales of the opuntia paliurus to obtain a peptide sequence; screening the peptide sequence and an ice crystal edge surface through molecular docking software to obtain an optimal conformation peptide sequence; and screening the antifreeze peptide sequence from the optimal conformation peptide sequence by taking the number of formed hydrogen bonds as an index under three-dimensional analysis.
