Summary:The invention discloses an in-situ synthesis method and application of a quinazolinone Schiff base dysprosium complex. The complex is prepared by taking N '-(3-ethyoxyl salicylidene)-2-(3-ethyoxyl salicylidene imine) benzoyl hydrazine and dysprosium nitrate as reaction raw materials through a low-temperature solvothermal method in a methanol solvent. In the reaction process, part of the initial ligand is converted into 3-(3-ethyoxyl salicyl imine) quinazolinone in situ. The initial ligand and the quinazolinone Schiff base ligand generated in situ jointly construct an unprecedented dysprosium-based five-core cluster structure formed by edge sharing of a {Dy4} tetrahedron unit and a {Dy3} triangular unit.
