Summary: | The invention discloses an ultrahigh-strength titanium alloy for an aviation structural part. The ultrahigh-strength titanium alloy is composed of, by mass, 4.0%-6.0% of Al, 4.0%-6.0% of Cr, 2.0%-4.0% of Zr, 0.5%-1.5% of Nb and the balance Ti and inevitable impurities, wherein the ratio of (Mo + V) to Cr is (1-1.5): 1. According to the ultrahigh-strength titanium alloy, the alloy obtains high strength and toughness through the fast eutectoid element Cr, the hardenability of the alloy is remarkably improved by adding the isomorphic beta stable element Mo + V with the content 1-1.5 times that of the Cr element, meanwhile, the inclusion or eutectoid reaction possibly occurring after more elements such as Al and Cr are added is greatly inhibited, brittle intermetallic compounds are not prone to being formed, and the ultrahigh-strength titanium alloy is high in strength and toughness. The tensile strength of the alloy subjected to heat treatment is not less than 1500MPa, and the alloy is used for manufacturing key |
