The invention discloses a generated water recycling and humidifying system, which is provided with the following circulation paths: cooling water path circulation: an electric pile flows through a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor, enters a cooling liquid water pump, then flows into an evaporator, enters a radiator after passing through the evaporator, and then reaches a flow control valve to be divided into two paths, one path enters the electric pile through a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor, and the other path enters an intercooler and then converges to a cooling pipeline at the outlet of the electric pile. Air path circulation: air flows through an air filter and a mass flow meter to enter a condenser and then enters a pressurization expansion machine, and pressurized dry air flows through a temperature sensor to reach a mixing chamber to be mixed with water vapor generated by an evaporator and then flows through a humidity sensor, a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor to enter an ele
