The invention discloses an electricity market member bidding behavior prediction label generation method and system, and the method comprises the steps: extracting data of actual historical bidding behaviors of market members from an electricity transaction center data warehouse, and extracting electricity market member bidding behavior indexes; a K-means clustering algorithm is improved in combination with the electricity market member bidding behavior indexes, and electricity market member bidding behavior tags are generated by adopting the improved K-means clustering algorithm; and performing electricity market member bidding behavior prediction by using the generated electricity market member bidding behavior tag, and generating a market member behavior prediction tag. According to the method, complex labels in the data are mined by using K-means clustering analysis and an embedded gradient boosting tree algorithm, and then the electricity market member label library is established, so that market member
