The invention belongs to the field of ship flue gas automatic monitoring systems, and particularly relates to a gas circuit control method for reducing distortion of a collected sample, which adopts a gas circuit detection sensor, a programmable controller, an executive device, an analytical instrument and a human-computer interface to ensure the authenticity of the collected sample. The method comprises the following specific steps that a gas circuit feedback signal generates gas circuit control change, then a programmable controller outputs a needed control signal, the control signal is converted through a relay signal to control an execution device, an execution device feedback signal and a gas circuit detection sensor signal are input into the programmable controller, an internal operation program diagnoses the operation condition of a gas circuit, and the gas circuit detection sensor detects the operation condition of the gas circuit. According to the invention, the execution device can perform action ad
