Summary: | The invention discloses high-resilience low-modulus waterborne polyurethane as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out a reaction on macromolecular dihydric alcohol and diisocyanate to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer; 2) adding a solvent to dilute and reduce the viscosity of the prepolymer, and then adding an amine chain extender A1, an amine cross-linking agent B and a carboxylate hydrophilic monomer to carry out chain extension reaction; and 3) adding water for dispersion, finally adding a specific amount of amine chain extender A2, and carrying out reduced pressure extraction to remove the solvent to obtain the polyurethane dispersion. A polyurethane adhesive film obtained after the obtained polyurethane emulsion is dried and dewatered has excellent rebound resilience and good mechanical property, is smooth in surface and environmentally friendly, and can be used for preparing disposable medical examination gloves.
