The sintering process comprises the steps of glass particle preparation, ball milling classification, material distribution, sintering crystallization, cold processing and the like. The material distribution comprises a first groove and a second groove which are used for fully paving the glass particles on the fire-resistant mold, the second groove is formed in the bottom of the first groove, the depth of the first groove is 5mm-20mm, the depth of the second groove is 3mm-40mm, and the particle size of the glass particles in the first groove is different from that of the glass particles in the second groove.
