The method comprises the following steps: acquiring diagnosis data under the operation state of the switch cabinet; wherein the diagnosis data comprises temperature data, an ultrasonic signal, a voiceprint signal and a noise signal; performing fault state identification according to the diagnosis data, and determining a grade corresponding to the fault state; and performing equipment health degree evaluation according to the grade of the fault state to obtain an equipment health degree evaluation result.
