The invention discloses a preparation method of a metal nanowire flexible electrode for an ion sensor, which comprises the following steps of: flatly placing a treated substrate membrane on a glass plate, then uniformly depositing an ionic polymer/organic solvent mixed solution on the substrate membrane by using a spray gun, and then drying the substrate membrane by using a heating platform to obtain the metal nanowire flexible electrode for the ion sensor. A bonding layer is formed on the substrate film; uniformly depositing the metal nanowire dispersion liquid on the bonding layer by using a spray gun to form a metal nanowire embedded layer, and then drying the substrate film by using a heating platform; and electrodepositing rare metal ions on the metal nanowires exposed on the surface of the bonding layer through an electroplating process.
