The invention discloses a GoIP equipment electronic data recovery method and system, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a condition that a current file offset position CurrentOffset is smaller than the size FileSize of a GoIP unallocated cluster file or a GoIP deleted data block, and carrying out the IMEI and IMSI integrity judgment rule and short message validity judgment rule on the data at the CurrentOffset position in sequence; in response to successful rule judgment, reading corresponding data into a corresponding result database, progressively increasing CurrentOffset, and repeating the judgment until CurrentOffset is greater than or equal to FileSize; and displaying the deleted and recovered IMSI, IMEI and short message. According to the method, IMEI/IMSI and short message data in unallocated clusters and deleted blocks can be extracted and recovered, and the method can be applied to GoIP remote deletion data or novel equipment data recovery scenes of other communication modules. 公开了GoIP
