The invention discloses a combined positioning system and method for a three-dimensional space, and the system comprises a first intelligent device and a second intelligent device, the first intelligent device is provided with a loudspeaker unit, and the second intelligent device comprises a gyroscope, a compass, a microphone unit, and a processor. The loudspeaker unit and the microphone unit obtain relative distance information through sound wave interaction, the gyroscope is used for obtaining attitude information of the second intelligent equipment, the compass is used for obtaining angle information of the second intelligent equipment, and the processor is used for synthesizing the attitude information, the angle information and the distance information to obtain relative position information. The current pointing information of the second intelligent device is collected through the gyroscope and the compass, and the relative distance information is obtained by combining the interaction of the loudspeaker
