Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of narrow-distribution polymer vesicles, and belongs to the technical field of polymer vesicle preparation. The method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving a block copolymer or the block copolymer and a required loaded drug in an organic solvent, and obtaining a spinning solution after full dissolution; (2) spinning the spinning solution through a high-voltage electrostatic spinning method to obtain fibers with diameters distributed in a range of 0.5-10 microns; (3) quenching and breaking the fibers obtained in the step (2) to obtain short fibers with the length of 0.5-5mm; and 4) adding water into the short fibers obtained in the step 3), and carrying out a rehydration reaction to obtain the polymer vesicles. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, low in cost and good in repeatability, and can be used for large-scale preparation and production of the narrow-distribution polymer vesicles.
